Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have gone by since your product delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange/replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are rejected from being returned. The Products such as used cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are Label, Outer Packing, Seal or Cap of the product is broken or damaged.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted :(if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, leakage, broken parts for reasons of in transit of return back and not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 24 hours after delivery

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If we are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

REPLACEMENTS/ EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are the wrong item you have received or you have placed the wrong order. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@alloutindia.com and send your item to Flat No.1, Nandi Residency, Vithai Nagar, Near RTO Office, Peth Road, Panchavati, Nashik-422004.(MH) India..


SHIPPING

AllOut Pest Control India Pvt. Ltd. is currently serving only in India. We will provide shipping services in India where India post-service or courier service is available. Please contact us, who would like our products outside of India. support@alloutindia.com

Your order will be dispatch to 24 to 72 working hours (excepted Sundays and holidays) after we received your order payment.

The duration of the shipping will depend solely on the shipping service provider. Generally, shipping standard duration is applicable to 3 to 15 working days.

After sending the product you will be notified by mail or SMS. Along with this, the name of the shipping service and the receipt number will be provided to you. From that on, you can check your parcel status or directly contact to shipping service. Do not contact us for this, we cannot help you in this regards.

Once we dispatched your item, we will be not responsible for the delay of delivery, spoilage, leakage, damage, misplace or other losses. It will be whole responsible for shipping service. We will not give any compensation for this.

We cannot allow to canceling the order once the product is shipping and in transit. In this situation, you will not get any refund, unless we get our product. In refund, the cost of packing materials and shipping cost will be deducted.


Return Shipping (If applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Rs.1000/- , you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
